​How is the delivery process?


Your order will be delivered to the address you provide. It is advisable to specify an address where someone is usually present during working hours, this can be your place of work.

When will my order arrive?


Usually within 3-5 working days after ordering.


How much is the delivery fee?

1290 HUF for orders under 9000 HUF. Over 9000 HUF free delivery throughout Hungary. When using a coupon, the total amount of the order must exceed 9000 HUF after the coupon is validated to qualify for free delivery.


What delivery methods are available?

What happens if I can't pick up my parcel?

The courier company will attempt to deliver your parcel on two consecutive working days.

Which payment methods can I choose? 


You can pay by cash on delivery or by credit card. Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received (in the case of payment by credit card). If you pay by card, there is a good chance that we will be able to send your parcel sooner.

Is it safe to shop online?

Yes. The security of your purchase is guaranteed by Stripe, an internationally recognized online payment provider.

How do I receive my invoice?


We will send your invoice electronically to the email address you have provided.

Can people with food intolerances consume the products?

It depends on the type of food sensitivity. If you have a milk protein or lactose intolerance, you can choose from all our products. However, if you are sensitive to any oily seeds or nuts, be sure to check the composition of our products and choose those that do not contain them (the products are manufactured in a plant where nuts are processed). Lastly, brewer's grains contain varying proportions of wheat and barley, so, unfortunately, they are not suitable for gluten-intolerant people.    ​

Can the Secontaste products be included in a vegan diet?  

Yes, as they do not contain any ingredients of animal origin.

Can product packaging be recycled?

Yes. Our boxes can be disassembled into separable components: plastic top, paper cylinder, and metal bottom.

How can I order? 


Click on the Shop menu at the top of the page, then on the "Add to Cart" button under the relevant product. On the product page, you will find a more detailed description of the products, including a nutritional table. Select the quantity you want, then add the product to your shopping cart. From here you can go straight to checkout, or continue shopping by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top bar.

How do I change or cancel my order?  


To change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at If we receive your email before your parcel leaves the storage, we can still change it.


Do I need to register to buy?


No. You can shop as a guest.

We make every effort to ensure that the parcels we send out contain only products in perfect condition. If you have received a damaged parcel or products, please send a photo to and we will contact you to rectify the problem.
