Let’s be honest: in the summer heat, no one wants to turn on the oven – not even for dessert. But that sweet craving doesn’t just disappear… we need something quick, tasty, and healthy. And, of course, with a little twist that even makes the kids’ eyes light up.
Happy Diet Kati's genius fix? No-bake granola balls – homemade energy bites made from granola. Tempting already, right? Here’s how to turn upcycled Secontaste Mocha Granola into soft, irresistible energy balls – with just a handful of ingredients.
This easy snack is perfect for road trips or even back-to-school lunchboxes: no melting, no mess, just pure energy on the go.
INGREDIENTS:

(makes about 12 pieces)
100 g Secontaste Mocha Granola
~20 g raisins
½ banana
2 tsp melted coconut oil
2 tsp cocoa powder
shredded coconut for rolling
HOW TO MAKE THEM?
Soak the raisins in warm water for a few hours.
Drain, then blitz them together with the granola in a food processor.
Add cocoa powder, banana, and melted coconut oil, then blend into a smooth dough.
Roll into little balls, coat in shredded coconut – and voilà, your healthy happiness bites are ready!
Pro tip: Chill them for a while – they’ll hold their shape better and are easier to pack for on-the-go snacking.
💡 Why we love them? Because this recipe is seriously fast, delicious, and the Secontaste Mocha Granola adds that extra crunch and a hint of coffee aroma to every bite.
